WHAT IS THE
ETHICS CHANNEL?
In compliance with CMN Resolution 4.859/2020, this channel is intended to receive reports regarding:

Situations or suspicions of corruption (as per the Anti-Corruption Law No. 12,846/2013)

Misconduct and harassment

Violations of the Code of Ethics and/or Internal Policies

Indications of illegal activities that may affect the reputation of controllers, qualified shareholders, members of statutory or contractual bodies, and/or related partners, such as fraud, money laundering, conflicts of interest, and other activities that violate up.p's ethical and conduct standards.
Your report can be made anonymously, or you may choose to identify yourself.
We emphasize that all information you provide is treated confidentially, ensuring the protection of your identity and prohibiting any retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith.

Requirements for Filing a Report
The reported facts will be investigated and reviewed by the Ethics Committee.
To ensure greater efficiency in analyzing your report, we request that, whenever possible, it includes as many details as possible, along with the following information:
